Advantages:

1. The expansion tube adopts the automatic expansion tube machine, the expansion joint process is good, and the quality is reliable.

2. The shell welding is also using fully automatic rotary welding. Avoid manual defects;

3. The tube plate is made by machining center, with high processing precision and sealing reliability.

4. The heat exchange tube adopts the strengthened threaded tube to enhance the heat exchange effect, so that the heat exchange performance is better, the chilled water flows in the tube, and the scale is easy to be          cleaned.

5. External horizontal high-efficiency secondary oil to ensure efficient separation of refrigeration oil.

6. The unique evaporator concentrates the ejector and returns the oil to ensure the heat resistance of the heat exchanger without oil film and improve the heat exchange efficiency.

7. Optimize the design of the pipe structure so that the boiling refrigerant bubbles rise rapidly above the liquid level, so that the heat exchange tubes are always immersed in the liquid refrigerant, which effectively                  improves the refrigeration capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the unit.
