Features:

1. Shell and tube evaporator has a good effect of oil circulation, and greatly increases the heat transfer       effect by using the technology of densely covered holes and internal guide flow device. Under the             same refrigerating output , compared with coil, it can increase the heat transfer effect of the                       evaporator and reduce the volume. So it can enhance its corrosion-resistant effect and reduce the           procurement costs for any enterprise.

2. The core of shell and tube evaporator can be drawn off. Thus, it can be easily cleaned and                       maintained. When cleaning, we can not recycle cooling fluid. That will use less time and enhance more     efficiency.

3. Heat exchange tube that uses high quality seamless stainless steel tube has many advantages such         as good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity and non-toxicity.     It would contaminate no medium, have no buildup scaling, be not easy to leak. It is convenient for the       installation and maintenance of equipment.

4. The inner evaporator has used non-welding technology and the connection between heat exchange         tube and tube plate adopts the advanced mechanical expanding technology and method. Through           optimal design in many aspects, comprehensive technology is in the domestic advanced level. So             products have reliable quality, you should not worry.

5. The length of evaporator can be adjusted according to the customers’ requirements for installed               space. The tube and shell of our evaporator can be adjustable according to the customers’ different         using occasions.
